BJP Alleges Infiltration in West Bengal, Calls for Power Shift

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has raised concerns about infiltration in West Bengal, accusing the state government of corruption and mishandling funds, particularly those meant for children's nutrition. He urged for a change in power to a BJP-led government. Additionally, BJP promised to address state employees' key demands if elected.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday addressed a pressing issue of infiltration in West Bengal, alleging that the state is being overtaken by outsiders. Criticizing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's administration, Pradhan called for a shift to a BJP-led government to tackle corruption and mismanagement of funds.

During a BJP teachers' cell conference, Pradhan heralded the Centre's vision for the development of India's eastern regions, spotlighting Kolkata as a pivotal center for progress. Accusing the Trinamool Congress of relinquishing power to corrupt practices, he advocated for a political shift in the upcoming elections.

The Union Minister criticized the diversion of central funds and non-implementation of the National Education Policy, highlighting its impact on state education metrics. Meanwhile, Suvendu Adhikari vowed that the BJP, if voted to power, would meet state employees' demands regarding pay and employment policies, enhancing the School Service Commission's autonomy.
