NDA leaders pay tribute to former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi on his second death anniversary. Celebrated for his contributions to Bihar's development and BJP's expansion, Modi's career spanned over three decades in various legislative roles, highlighting his impact on exposing political scandals.

On Wednesday, NDA leaders gathered to honor the late Sushil Kumar Modi, marking the second anniversary of the former Deputy Chief Minister's passing. Widely praised for his pivotal role in Bihar's development and the BJP's expansion in the state, Modi's legacy was fondly reminisced by political peers.

Bihar BJP President Sanjay Sarogi lauded Modi for his decisive efforts in exposing the "jungle raj" and the infamous "fodder scam." Sarogi emphasized Modi's dedication, noting his involvement across all societal sectors during his tenure in various legislative bodies, including the Legislative Assembly, Legislative Council, Lok Sabha, and Rajya Sabha.

Similarly, Bihar Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar and Minister Ram Kripal Yadav echoed sentiments about Modi's instrumental contributions to bolstering the BJP in Bihar. A statesman serving multiple pivotal roles since his election in 1990, Modi left an indelible mark on Bihar's political sphere until his demise at AIIMS in Delhi in 2025 at age 72.
