The United ‌States issued three Venezuela-related general licenses on Thursday, including ‌one allowing certain transactions ‌for telecommunications and mail services, and another permitting the ⁠supply ​of ⁠specific items and services involving Venezuelan ⁠state airline Conviasa.

The third ​license extended a waiver ⁠that protects Venezuela-owned refiner Citgo ⁠Petroleum ​from creditors through August 4, according ⁠to details posted to the ⁠U.S. ⁠Treasury Department's website.
