The United States issued three Venezuela-related general licenses on Thursday, including one allowing certain transactions for telecommunications and mail services, and another permitting the supply of specific items and services involving Venezuelan state airline Conviasa.
The third license extended a waiver that protects Venezuela-owned refiner Citgo Petroleum from creditors through August 4, according to details posted to the U.S. Treasury Department's website.
