People could be trapped under rubble after Russian air attacks damaged a private house in Ukraine's capital of Kyiv, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on the Telegram messaging app early on Wednesday.
He added that earlier information about a fire in a 20-storey apartment building was not confirmed.
