This newfound reserve is estimated to hold over 7.5 trillion cubic feet of gas, or approximately 212.4 billion cubic meters, according to Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad.
Quoted by state media on Sunday, the minister emphasized the potential economic benefits of harnessing this large natural resource, which could further enhance Iran's standing in global energy markets.
