Telangana Public Service Commission Postpones Group-II Services Exam to December

The Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has decided to postpone the Group-II services exam from August to December this year following demands by unemployed youth and candidates who were scheduled to take multiple recruitment tests around the same period.

The Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) announced on Friday that it will reschedule the Group-II services exam from August to December this year in response to demands from unemployed youth.

The exam, originally set for August 7 and 8, will have new dates announced later, said a TGPSC press release.

Following deliberations, the commission recognized that the dates for various recruitment exams were too close together. This decision came after candidates and student unions protested, requesting more time due to overlapping competitive exam schedules. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka also intervened on behalf of the students.
