In a vibrant celebration of International Yoga Day, Chinmay Pandya, Pro Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti University, emphasized the profound impact of yoga on physical and spiritual well-being. Addressing a global audience in Vatican City, Pandya highlighted the centuries-old Indian philosophy of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,' which views the world as one family.
Pandya passionately articulated that the Indian tradition of yoga fosters self-awakening, balance, and global harmony, making it a lifestyle with transformative potential. Speaking at the event on June 21, he underscored yoga's ability to enrich individuals from within, drawing from ancient cultural roots.
During his visit to Italy, Pandya also engaged with prominent leaders such as Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Pope Leo XIV, fostering international dialogue on cultural and spiritual connectivity through yoga.
