Star Health and Allied Insurance, India's largest retail health insurance company, has achieved a significant milestone by processing over 100 claim transactions through the National Health Claims Exchange (NHCX) system. This accomplishment showcases Star Health's dedication to efficient customer service and rapid claim settlement.
Mr. Anand Roy, MD and CEO of Star Health Insurance, emphasized that this milestone represents a transformative step in serving customers, setting a new standard in the health insurance industry. Roy noted that by embracing digital innovation, Star Health is not only streamlining processes but also reshaping the role of insurance in society.
