During the Budget session's conclusion, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav addressed healthcare inadequacies, noting efforts to fill doctor vacancies by October. BJP MLA Riti Pathak highlighted the shortage of medical staff, emphasizing disparities in healthcare access between districts.
The assembly passed a substantial Rs 4,21,032 crore Budget, foregoing new taxes while addressing healthcare, amid rising concerns about junk food's impact on health.
