Murmu addressed representatives from the Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian Post and Telecommunication Service, among others, highlighting the role of advanced technologies like machine learning and blockchain in improving the government's financial management systems. She praised the efforts of India Post Payments Bank in furthering financial inclusion, especially in rural areas.
The President underscored the significance of digitizing government services to increase transparency and accountability. She encouraged the probationers to play an active role in empowering citizens and ensuring the sustainability of the postal network, fostering greater connectivity across the country's diverse regions.
