In an unprecedented courtroom drama, advocate Subhash Chandran K R has approached the Attorney General R Venkataramani for consent to initiate criminal contempt charges against lawyer Rakesh Kishore. The advocate's plea comes after Kishore attempted to throw a shoe at Chief Justice of India B R Gavai, shouting slogans inside the courtroom.
