The main culprit, identified as Rahul Maharaj - also known as Rahul Yadav and Nanhe Yadav - purportedly claimed to be connected with Dwarka Tiwari of the chief minister's camp office. Authorities revealed that Yadav, alongside his accomplices Nafis Khan and Mukhtar Ahmad, utilized different mobile numbers and forged documents to deceive officials and the public.
