During his visit to the proposed construction site in Kunnambetta, accompanied by Kalpetta MLA T Siddique and DCC president T J Isaac, Parambil emphasized the legal and technical hurdles faced. He underscored the absence of state support in land registration, which has been a critical delay factor.
Parambil announced that all legal procedures have now been completed and that the Congress has acquired suitable land. With expert evaluations set and reports due by January 24, construction is anticipated to begin promptly, fulfilling the commitments made to local residents and silencing state government critics.
