Sikkim's strategic infrastructure project, the Gangtok Bypass road, designed to reduce congestion and enhance connectivity, received a progress review from State Minister Nar Bahadur Dahal on Thursday.

This 23.3 km roadway, extending from Ranipool to Burtuk, is being constructed using the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) model and is expected to be completed by 2026.

Minister Dahal urged the contractors to expedite the work without compromising on quality, underscoring the importance of completing on schedule.
