Cold Wave Continues to Grip Punjab and Haryana Despite Slight Temperature Rise
Temperatures in Punjab and Haryana have risen slightly, yet remain below normal, with persistent cold and fog affecting visibility. Narnaul recorded the coldest temperature. Various cities experienced lows below normal, with slight increases observed over the past two days.

Despite a slight increase, temperatures in Punjab and Haryana continue to remain below normal in many areas. The region is gripped by intense cold, with fog reducing visibility during the morning hours.
According to the Meteorological Department, Narnaul in Haryana was the coldest with temperatures dropping to 3 degrees Celsius. Other cities like Ambala, Hisar, Karnal, and Rohtak also experienced chillier-than-normal lows.
In Punjab, Amritsar was the coldest place, recording 4.4 degrees Celsius. Ludhiana and Patiala also recorded low temperatures, maintaining the severe cold wave across the region.
