In a remarkable shift, Indian professionals are increasingly eyeing entrepreneurship, according to the latest LinkedIn report. The study highlights a 104% rise among LinkedIn users adding 'founder' to their profiles, driven by factors like AI adoption, skilling enthusiasm, and the strength of professional networks.
The report underscores the pivotal role Artificial Intelligence plays in business operations, revealing that a significant 95% of small and medium businesses (SMBs) in India are either investing in or planning AI adoption. This aligns with a global trend, yet India's rapid pace sets it notably apart.
As the country navigates these changes, LinkedIn's India Country Manager, Kumaresh Pattabiraman, emphasized the platform's commitment to supporting SMBs in building credibility, securing talent, and seizing opportunities in this dynamic environment.
