The BJP-led Delhi government has initiated the withdrawal of legal cases previously filed by the AAP regime against the Centre and Lieutenant Governor, officials reported on Wednesday.
In an effort to maintain constitutional harmony among Delhi's government, the Centre, and the LG's office, steps are being taken to retract such cases by submitting suitable applications in the respective courts, as per official sources.
These cases, including a Supreme Court petition against implementing the PM-Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission in Delhi, are being dropped to ease administrative tensions and foster better execution of projects and policies.
