The ED's action involves eight commercial spaces in TDI Mall, Kundli, Sonipat, linked to violations in residential township projects backed by criminal complaints from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.

Accusations against the company and its directors include failing to install approved sewage treatment plants, collecting untreated sewage, and causing significant environmental harm, leading to proceeds of crime worth Rs 5.61 crore.
