NOVA media outlet shared a video, verified by Reuters, depicting armed security personnel approaching a large tent near the parliament. The tent, one of several used by President Aleksander Vucic's supporters during protests, caught fire after shots were fired.
The authorities have not identified who fired the shots or how the fire began. A man, aged 57, is reported wounded but stable. Footage on X shows him detained by police officers, lying on the ground.
