Tragic Airstrikes Shatter Gaza Ceasefire
An Israeli airstrike in Gaza killed seven, including Mohammed Al-Holy, a Hamas commander. The ceasefire between Israel and Hamas remains fragile, with violations on both sides exacerbating tensions. The conflict has resulted in extensive casualties and destruction in Gaza, leaving many without proper homes.
A senior Hamas military figure was among seven killed in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza's Deir al-Balah, according to Hamas sources.
Israel has not yet commented on the incident involving local commander Mohammed Al-Holy's death. Hamas accused Israel of ceasefire violations without mentioning Al-Holy in its statement.
The ceasefire, though in its second phase, remains fragile amid blame-trading. Scores of Palestinians and Israeli soldiers have died since the truce in October. Gaza faces dire humanitarian challenges, with millions living in damaged homes.
