Congress leader Pawan Khera has leveled serious allegations against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, branding him as the most corrupt CM in independent India's history.
During a press conference, Khera claimed that the upcoming assembly polls would see Sarma ousted by the people of Assam, who he says are disgruntled by the CM's governance.
Khera also accused Sarma of manipulating the electoral rolls to include voters from outside the state, a move he suggests is a desperate attempt to secure victory.
