The 'Atal–Modi Good Governance Yatra' was officially launched by Andhra Pradesh BJP state president PVN Madhav in Sri Satya Sai district on Thursday. This initiative commemorates the birth centenary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and marks the onset of statewide NDA rallies set to run from December 11 to 25.

A significant rally, involving 500 motorcycles and 200 cars, began at the BJP office in Dharmavaram town as a part of the launch event. The rally aims to cover two districts daily until December 25, focusing on strengthening NDA coordination and inspiring the youth across Andhra Pradesh.

Prominent figures such as Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav joined Madhav in leading the procession. Additionally, a statue of Vajpayee was unveiled. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is expected to join as the chief guest later in the day, enhancing the event's prominence, according to an official press release.
