On her 70th birthday, BSP President Mayawati declared that her party will contest all upcoming elections independently, including the significant 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls. She asserted that under her leadership, the BSP would secure a full majority, recalling the party's previous tenure successes.
Addressing a press conference in Lucknow, Mayawati criticized the Congress, BJP, and Samajwadi Party, accusing them of misleading the Brahmin community. She reassured that during BSP rule, no injustice occurred against Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, or farmers, and called for their support.
Mayawati expressed confidence in the BSP's return to power, highlighting her party's historical focus on infrastructure development and welfare policies. She raised concerns about EVM manipulation in past elections but remained determined to contest nationwide with vigor against caste-based politics.
