In an intense media briefing, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) launched a fierce critique of the ruling Congress in Telangana, along with Central Government led by the BJP. KTR accused the Congress of exposing its internal conspiracies and governance failures, showcasing its true nature to the state of Telangana.

KTR strongly asserted that the Congress is solely accountable for Meenakshi Natarajan's political defeat, questioning the logic behind dragging political adversaries into issues borne of internal betrayals and factional politics. He demanded that the Congress leadership probe such betrayals to discover who leaked sensitive case details to their BJP rivals. Notably, he suggested that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy should commission a Special Investigation Team (SIT) for these allegations.

Citing recent Supreme Court developments, KTR pointed out that Congress leaders are aware of internal betrayals concerning Natarajan. Meanwhile, Congress's plea in the Supreme Court regarding the rejection of her Rajya Sabha nomination was dismissed, though the court clarified it won't impact potential election petitions in the High Court. Amid protests, Congress leaders expressed frustration over the Election Commission's handling of Natarajan's case, reflecting wider dissatisfaction with party management.
