Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma inaugurated the 'Honour Run' marathon on Sunday, organized by the Indian Army's South Western Command to honor the courage and sacrifice of ex-servicemen. The event unfolded at Jaipur's Albert Hall.

Joining the Chief Minister were South Western Army Commander Lt Gen Manjinder Singh and former Navy Chief Admiral Madhvendra Singh. Addressing the gathered participants, Sharma emphasized the youth's enthusiastic turnout as a reflection of the public's deep respect for the armed forces.

Sharma articulated the significance of programs like these, asserting that they serve as essential lessons for the younger generation, beyond mere formality. Enhanced security measures were in place around Albert Hall, with extensive Army personnel presence and traffic management ensuring a seamless event as participants of all ages engaged in 5, 10, and 21-kilometer runs.
