The Karnataka Control of Organised Crime Act (KCOCA) has been implemented in the murder of Abdul Rahiman, 32, attacked in Erakodi, Kuryal village, police report.

In a coordinated attack, Rahiman succumbed to his injuries while another victim, Kalander Shafi, sustained severe wounds. Police have apprehended 13 suspects, with one individual, Bharath Raj, remaining at large.

The accused, linked to multiple serious offenses, face prosecution under the KCOCA, enhancing efforts to investigate and curb organized crime in the state.
