Putin's itinerary includes participating in the 23rd annual India-Russia summit alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi.
According to the MEA, the state visit will allow both nations' leadership to evaluate progress in bilateral relations, set future goals for their strategic partnership, and deliberate on regional and global matters of shared interest.
