Yathindra Siddaramaiah, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's son, reaffirmed on Thursday that there will be no leadership change in the state, quashing recent rumors of a power struggle.
The Congress MLC emphasized that speculation ignited by an alleged power-sharing agreement between Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM Shivakumar was unfounded. Both leaders have adhered to the party high command's directives and recently held joint meetings to quell concerns.
In an assertion to the media, Yathindra stressed the stability of Siddaramaiah's position ahead of the Belagavi legislature session, confirming that the high command has dismissed any leadership change for the time being.
