Russia remains unthreatened by the so-called "AI bubble" due to its conservative investment approach, according to a leading AI executive in the country.
Alexander Vedyakhin, Sberbank's First Deputy CEO, highlighted during an interview with Reuters that overinvestment in AI infrastructure could result in financial losses globally.
Despite this global risk, Russia intends to allocate up to $580 billion towards power generation and grid modernization, which is crucial for supporting future AI advancements.
