Ziptrrip acquires HelloTravel for undisclosed sum

Corporate travel platform Ziptrrip on Monday announced the acquisition of HelloTravel Online Private Limited for an undisclosed amount.The acquisition marks Ziptrrips first buyout within three years of starting its operations.The move expands its presence across business leisure, MICE meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions and experiential travel, segments that demand stronger supply networks and higher levels of execution.As part of the transaction, HelloTravel will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wayfarers Technologies Private Limited, the parent of Ziptrrip.

The move expands its presence across business leisure, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) and experiential travel, segments that demand stronger supply networks and higher levels of execution.

As part of the transaction, HelloTravel will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wayfarers Technologies Private Limited, the parent of Ziptrrip. While the founders will exit the business, the existing team will be retained, ensuring continuity across operations and partner relationships.
