Chhattisgarh High Court Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha reaffirmed the pivotal role of judicial officers as custodians of public trust on Sunday, emphasizing that the law should serve as an instrument of justice rather than oppression.
Addressing the inaugural session of a divisional judicial seminar organized by the Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy in Raipur, Chief Justice Sinha highlighted the public's expectation for unbiased and expeditious justice from the judiciary.
The chief justice also raised concerns about delay tactics in civil trials and urged judicial officers to make bold, judicious decisions while assuring them of the high court's support in their pursuit of justice.
