In a fervent critique, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has alleged irregularities in the Maharashtra civic elections, condemning it as an assault on democratic institutions.
Accusing the BJP of collusion with the State Election Commission, Thackeray claimed electoral processes were compromised and urged voters to oust the ruling regime.
He and his cousin, Raj Thackeray, also claimed that the ink used was erasable and accused the electoral body of bias, demanding an investigation into the alleged misconduct.
