As the sport undergoes transformation, athletes now focus on structured methods, anticipating crucial contests like the Asian Games.
All-rounder Aslam Inamdar emphasized the need for robust Strength & Conditioning. "S&C is vital in kabaddi today. A strong foundation minimizes injuries," he pointed out, lauding the camp's role in educating players about modern training demands.
Naveen Kumar noted the challenges of maintaining peak performance throughout rigorous camps and competitions. Similarly, Pushpa Rana shared insights on understanding her body better and the importance of recovery techniques, highlighting her ambition to clinch gold at future Asian Games.
