Russia-North Korea Military Ties: No Law Violations, Says Envoy

At a recent U.N. Security Council meeting, Russia's U.N. Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia firmly stated that Russia's military dealings with North Korea do not breach international law.
Nebenzia assured council members that Russia's interactions with the DPRK, both military and otherwise, adhere strictly to international legal standards.
He emphasized that these engagements are not directed against any third countries, reflecting Russia's commitment to lawful and non-hostile international relations.
