The United Nations human rights office has announced that it received termination notices from the United States government for five of its vital projects, affecting countries such as Iraq and Ukraine.
Ravina Shamdasani, a spokesperson for the U.N. human rights sector, clarified that the notices pertained to projects in Equatorial Guinea, Iraq, Ukraine, and Colombia, along with a fund dedicated to supporting indigenous communities.
